Fitness Class / Special Event / Workshop Policies

Buddy Passes

  • Participants receive two (2) Buddy Passes with each 10-class punch card purchased, and four (4) Buddy Passes with each 20-class punch card purchased.

Discounts

  • Discounts are applicable to fitness classes only. Discounts are not applicable to workshops, special events or personal training packages.
  • Senior discounts are applicable to participants age 65 and over.
  • Military discounts are applicable to active and retired personnel and spouses.
  • Valid ID is required for Senior, Military and Student discounts.
  • Senior, Military and Student discounts may not be used in combination with any other offer.
  • Discounted punch card purchases are eligible for and will be awarded two (2) Buddy Passes (10-class card) or four (4) Buddy Passes (20-class card). Regular Buddy Pass rules apply.

Cancellations

  • Changes received more than 5 days before the start of the first class or workshop are eligible for a complete refund or credit towards future classes and/or workshops.
  • Changes received less than 5 days before the start of the first class or workshop are eligible for credit only. The credit will equal the full amount paid by the participant and will be redeemable for future classes and/or workshops.
  • Changes received within 48 hours before the start of the first class or workshop will receive a credit redeemable towards future classes and/or workshops minus a $15/person cancellation fee.
  • After the first class or workshop begins, enrollment fees are non-refundable. A 50% credit may be given only in the event of serious injury or long-term illness. If less than 50% of the class time remains at the time of withdrawal, no credit will be given.
  • Classes are subject to cancellation. Each participant will be notified via email or phone call if that happens.
